Even though people have strongly advised against me posting the following, I'm doing it anyway as I could not care less about the people that will /point and laugh, but do wish to inform the more serious part of the community of how these things are solved by the people in charge of this game. For me this email, and all of the negative reactions of the albs whose eyes we wanted to open, is the confirmation that things sadly will not improve on this cluster. As a result, I will sadly too quit this server.

This is so retarded of GoA. I mean this is an mmorpg, if you want to help the other realm, do it. Its a MMORPG. And the gamemasters shouldnt function as police officers in the game. They should follow the rules, and this surely has nothing to do with crossrealming. As he didnt contact the hibs about it, nor did they contact him about it. what goes on, on this forum should NEVER affect anything ingame. So retarded of GoA.

Actualy they cant prove anything. You can just call them and they'll unban your account. I once got banned for xrealming too for 3 days, because i spoke about hibs ingame etc. I just called them, spoke with some stupid french for about 15 mins, and my account was opened again. They have no right to close your account without showing you the proof etc also. Read the CoC, and the payment agreement. However if you dont take action yourself and call them, then its ur own fault. Because just writing by email or rightnow, they can easily ignore that and you'll get nowhere, Call them, and you will see what real 'service' is, compared to Rightnow and ingame GMs

you are not sorry to see it end like this. You have made more fuss about it than anyone. you are the epitome of a clueless idiot. for the last year there has been absolutely no point for either hibernia or midgard to take relics from albion. And to be honest there is very little relic activity (or one hell of a lot less). This is so great for the spirit of the game knowning that the ultimate end game is pointless because ANYTHING you achieve will be insta reverted the next night. Another reason why players are leaving left right and centre.


When Mastard came back to hib he was like shocked at the lack of the end game, and made huge sieges every night in primetime.. It really got people out playing again and was great fun. The only problem was whatever was achieve got reverted the next night by CM. AFter 2 weeks of that we gave up. Same for mid more or less.

So gratz on your moral victory in the name of the "spirit of the game". What you can see from this post is the majority (even albs) think this is complete horse shit... and it will just cause more people to /quit.

Why, well for GoA to ban a person for Greif play, after they already stated that it is not greif play, shows us how little respect they really have for the individual customer. They are hanging Sollers out to dry, to try and shut down this discussion, which they dont want this far from WAR release.

Sollers, you have my utmost respect, both for taking a stand, and for standing up to GoA!
TT was a great bunch of guys, and the server will sourly miss you. (even I will miss my discussion partners!

Unfortunatly, I dont think alot of people understand what a injustice this is, and how gravly it undermines our position as customers. With GoA beeing able to just ban away unwelcome influences they are clearly telling us: "Get in line or get out". And what GoA is hoping for is for this discussion to slowly die out, be buried and forgotten. But for them to differently interpret their own rules depending on the situation, seriouly damaging their credebility as a company. Basically it means that what ever we do, what ever GoA previously had said, we are all subject to summerly bans.

Its a totally unjustifiable action. Before contravention of the CoC was pretty clearly defined, boundaries were obvious - you emote spam someone you get a ban, you insult someone you get a ban. This now completely clouds the whole player griefing issue, such that if someone leaves a 1v1 a ban could be justified.

Its sets a very nasty precedant.

Right now them in support of sollers. Immediate reinstatement and a free month should be adequate compensation.
