Nope, we were asked not to and we respect our commitements.

That being said, if you already have the files, nothing that keeps you from just taking the key and not downloading the files.

Better to get the files from us and not lag the game servers while pwning n00bs than patch it's from GoA though. :touch:

I started the download at a miserable 17 kb/s while i am on a 1.2 mb/s adsl connection, then my download reported an error and stopped, the in resumed on part 2, but i shut it down and restarted it, now i only got the option of downloading part 1, whereas i could download part 1 and 2 before.....another weird thing is that this part 1 im downing atm is only 1 gig, while the other part 1 which crashed was 1.3 gig...Im at a loss atm, anyone know whats going on and if this is normal?

I had a similar problem where I downloaded the first 1.3GB file and then had no option to DL the 2nd 1GB file :/

Shutting down your download and restarting it probably killed your download rights, you will have to contact support@dlgamer.com and ask them to give you the rights again.
But now you will have to wait for the Game to be taken off PreOrder status to be able to download.

download from goa going at 31 kb/s now ^^ which isnt bad for 512 adsl they closed down servers so whats it matter hope they dont close down the update servers aswell, 600mb to go, not in any major rush and ill probabaly have it by the time i get a CD key

That is lame, giving the option to buy a download must take into account that some of those downloads are interrupted, especially when the download takes a fricking 19 hours to complete

So i take it you have put the downloads on hold till u got them extra servers up and running? Going to try DL when I get home from work about 6.30 GMT, hope I can DL it by then

We just took the servers down to finish copying the data from the old servers to the new ones.

We are in the process of finishing this maintenance, everything will be up and running within 10 minutes.

Probably not. Kinda annoying as i was gonna come back this weekend to daoc to see what catacombs was like. Bad enough having to try download it instead of getting the cd, but without the cd key, as i only use switch, least it dont matter that it will take me about 5 days if my leg dont heal up so i can drive computer to a better connection

Gah DLgamer stopped my download at about 85%, it's just sitting there slowly ticking away on that timer. Will it restart once the servers are back up or do I have to start all over again after email tech support at DLgamer about something they caused?

i reckon DLGamer has bitten of more then they can chew they have a very responsive customer service but i want my download havent been able to download for like 30 mins just keeps tellin me

"Server is reachable but file seems to be not found, please, contact-us! Error message : "Not Found""
