BFME slow connection

well it seems every single game of bfme i play, i get a yellow ping (100ms or over). every single game lags like a bitch. i phoned my isp to check my cable connection and its all fine.

anyone else get this and is there a fix?

Ive got it in every game too, im on 1.5 and my m8s on 512k and we both lag like hell when we play each other online

Ive noticed just how RUBBISH LOTR mp is compared to warcraft 3.
WC3 takes about 5 secs once logged in to be joining a game, LOTR takes minutes and is mega laggy when you play.
