every full group received this.

everyone was promised fair chance in each lotto.

tbh I hate it when some1 sells the respec stones , BUT tzee has put a huge time to set all those raids and will still continue it. So we must respect it and let him do it btw Tzee change it to the trade forum

We was promised 2 stones each guild group, and that was what we got, so what are you whining about? If he gave one of the leftover stones to DO instead of keeping them himself or selling them, THEN you would see whine around. He had to keep them himself, and if he needs money, then let him sell it. No one got cheated for this stones, it was, legally, his to claim or share as he wish to. He have gotten more then one stone, and i belive the others go to the "gimp idol" competition he started as well.

Im not saying i encourage winning lottos and selling the drop, case i dont (kk, i dont care about that either really .P) but here it clearly was no lotto, no pre-claim, no nothing, they was left overs. Who should he have given them to? You? me? his guild? An auction is about the fairest dividing of the stone i can think of, and saady also get payed for hes rather spetacular work for hibernia the last few weeks.

fyi. don't you think he deserves that for arranging several dragon raid? It's require lots of a person to do that. And if he said that he would take one of eatch of the 25 stones himself and lottoed out the rest, that would be fair imo. I mean he could just go farm cash in the time instead and gain the money, but then would be no dragon raid for us. I think you should thank him instead of flame him.

• Tze deserving some reward for his work or not
• Two seperate threads by Tzee, the one selling the other stating selling is drops is a nono

What will happen though if a one-time raid organizer sells a stone (or multiple) in similar (make that excact) circumstances like Tzee now? Will some people still say he/she can sell because of the work put in? Mind, it's a one time raidleader, having done nothing before etc. etc.

Aren't we rapidly approaching a double standard?

Aye for christ sake guys. Hes done a fair few dragon raids and killed the bloody thing for the first time. The loots always been distributed fairly. Hes got a spare stone and he selling it for some dosh. big deal. Gives people that missed out a chance to purchase one.

He could have just sold it on the sly for bug bux and avoid the incoming heatseaker whines. The fact that everythings out in the open shows a willingness to keep you in the picture about loot distribution. Dont moan at people that are busting their balls to achieve landmark goals in DAOC, the loot side of it is really incomparable to the achievment.

Ok, Saady, you know I lub j00 babe, but I have to say this.
If it were anyone else, with a not so well known name in the realm, the person would be flamed to hell and back. I do feel like it's a double standard to a certain point. My ONLY problem with this happening is that it wasn't made known before the hunt so people didn't have the choice of coming or not based on this.

I do think Saady deserves something for his efforts, but I also think that people deserve to know about it before the raid in order to make the choice of helping or not.

ok i heard sometime ago that saad got 4stones from those raids and i didn't know how that could have happened cause i always thought that the left over stones would get lottoed for in seperat /cg's for peeps who realy wanna use them (was the only logical thing that i tought u could do with left overs)

i don't realy bother about what saad does with those stones now, altho i realy don't think they should be sold at all!

theres still alot of gimps out there and others just try and make profit of them, i for my part got a stone on the second raid i think...

and yes saady deserves something for his efforts, would have just been nice if we had known about that he kept 4stones, would have been better to hear it befor the raids, than after the third and then hearing he kept them of someone who realy needs a stone and is angry at saady now...

I still really dont see what there is to whine about. Everyone got what they was promised, every single group got 2 stones, and that was what you came for, so whatever happen with the extra stones, is none of your concern.

to eneq: it would have been a lottoed drop if it was a part of the share, but it never was? How can a item be a lotto item when it was never in a lotto in the first place (and was never meant to be)

In general, im against this pre-claim and say before the raid that i want raid leading, i think everyone should have a equal chanse of getting any drop on the raid.....and so it is. If he let the last 4 stones be seperated to "people who really need it" then you would see REAL whine, if he gave it to guildies, prolly whine, if he respecced himself, people would yell pre-claim, and even if he gave them away to random people, it would be whine....

So all in all, i wonder what would be in order to avoid whining @ tzee atm. Even you that cry that he should lotto the remaining stones among "teh most gimped" can see that he do excactly that in the "gimp idol" contest.
