Artifact encounters and when to activate them:

Since VoS smells and is unreliable these days, I would be interested in finding out when a character can get the encounter for these artifacts:

-Guard of Valor
-Maddening Scalars
-Eriny's Charm
-Zo'Arkat
-Jacina's Sash

And when could a character activate them ?

rest of them are 46+ afaik and 46 for activating all of them

Erinys encounter credit worked for me lvl 39 theurg, maybe its even lower (37+ on VoS isnt unrealistic).
Activation should still be 46+ though.

I got credit for gov on one of my lvl 20 chars, activation is 46

On US, GoV credit has been lvl 1 since ToA came apparently - activation still 46 though.

Went on a arti raid with a few friends who had a lvl 20 char each and they got credit for Eriny's & Jacina's even at that level.

But still anyone know if its true about the invisible snakes etc regarding Scalars?

Some say if you make 9-10 invisible snakes pop the encounter pops

I made a cabalist in early start of retail but ended up deleting it. It was 15 dex 10 int if I recall correctly.

So remade her now, with a different name.
