simple fix for warlocks:

remove the lifetap from hex. Put a 20s recast on the UI primer.

Fix the curse spells at 3s casting instead of 4s casting.

Sorted.

Heck, removing the lifetap from hex would probably be enough to un-fotm them.
(hrm make it a primary spell in curse?)

I guess another fix would be to make the cast speed of the UI primer go down with higher WC spec (rather than recast timer or whatever), so that the high damage specs can't spam ui's. Tradeoffs and all that rather than "spec hex for everything!!111oneone"

wasn't sure if the confusion was over the primer or over the abbreviation no worries.

Well put mate. Only time I can ever take down a WL playing scout is when they are busy on some other unlucky sod.

To the original poster, the reason WL's die quick is because most enemy players have a kill first on sight policy. As a WL you should expect to get ganked by FG's or multiple adds every time. To be honest you are playing the one class that deserve it every time every opportunity. With 3 chambers a decent RR Wl can do 2k+ of damage almost instantly (receiving end POV) if thats not OP then I don't what you would class it as. Before the retards start replying 'get resists dumbass', that is with 23% matter resist.

Mythic were high on something when they thought up this class and then giving it to mid, the melee realm, was even dumber. The most powerful caster class in the game (imho) should have gone to the magical realm.

Give Wiz some luv imo.

Ofc u r! Well i dont think WL are OP at all, buts that my opinon! Arguments for that is that I mostly win over them in rvr when I play Hib/Alb. And WL always get an undeserved title as "OP" "Invincible" etc. WL is a class all can start play at lvl 1, and it has advantages and disadvantages.

Can you please clarify the weaknesses when playing solo?
