have to say it's crap lol. For years I was like a paragon to healthy living; didn't drink to excess, ate stupidly healthily at the right times and amounts, had the recommended levels of sleep etc etc and was always unable to lose weight.
These days my main calorific intake is from beer and pizza, I occasionally eat something that has actually grown rather than has been created by humans and my sleep pattern is all over the shop but for the first time in years I'm 125lbs...
