Just snooping about on yahoo and found this Clean Up Your Diet And Lose 10 Pounds A Month - Yahoo! Lifestyle UK

have to say it's crap lol. For years I was like a paragon to healthy living; didn't drink to excess, ate stupidly healthily at the right times and amounts, had the recommended levels of sleep etc etc and was always unable to lose weight.

These days my main calorific intake is from beer and pizza, I occasionally eat something that has actually grown rather than has been created by humans and my sleep pattern is all over the shop but for the first time in years I'm 125lbs...

drink beer that's what I say, and plenty of it!

It's because you exercise a lot now.

The difference to healthy eating will be that your innards will be in better condition, and that will reflect in your energy levels, skin, hair, mood.

That is kind of true, but what you eat makes your body decide what to do with it. For eg carbs are nice and healthy stuff like rice/potatoes/etc but they hinder weight loss because they make your body store them as fat - protein/fatty shit just gets used and doesn't get stored ( some does, a lot less though ).


( Or at least that's my limited man-understanding of it , I havn't read enough cosmo/etc ).

If you want to be healthy and lose weight then salad+chicken is the way to go.

Yes ECA that is true, I just wanted to keep it simple without going into the glycemic index of different food types :)

My sunday diet consisted of 9am -6pm playing uncharted 2 on the PS3 and toast & tea all day, i lost 9 hours
