Vikes are the only bright point at this point of the playoffs.. What a disappointing turnout it has been!

Hehe, I mean. I don't like sports where almost every attack results in a goal/point. I.e. Basket 96-89 or Handball 35-33 scores

Rams will get first round draft pick this year without a doubt.. The question is if they want to upgrade their defense or offense? Either they will draft QB Jimmy Clausen or Ndamakung Suh who is an absolute beast! If they draft Jimmy Clausen Lions will be all over Suh with last years number one draft in Matthew Stafford who will become one of the next big QBs in history

Of course not, but it is a bigger chance an attack will result in a goal that not
And i simply don't think that is particulary fun! It is fun to play, but not to watch (imo)

Okay so since the Super Bowl is going to suck ass I might aswell talk about my Madden game that I am playing atm
So I'm playing a game style that's called Hall of Fame where you control one player and I'm the QB ofcourse. I got drafted to Kansas City Chiefs and after three years I got traded to the Vikes
So there I am. Final game which decides whether it's me and the Vikings or Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburg Steelers who go through to the playoffs. We are neck and neck throughout the game with me being 3 up most of the time. Ben throws and I intercept the ball with 3:10 deep in my own territory. So I decide to run the clock down a bit with a few rushes. I get it down to 1:56 on my own 23 yard line and punt the ball.. BUT SOMETHING GOES WRONG!! I miss time my punt and it is terrible! Straight to the right and out at my own 46 yard line. At this point Ben has 2 timeouts remaining
First snap. I blitz straight away from the right while I have a delayed blitz coming in from the right! Ben reads this and tries to run the ball himself out of the pocket and up the middle! My MLB sees this and goes straight for him, but he slides and takes a timeout. 1:48 left on the clock and Big Ben is now on my 43y line and it's 2nd down. It ends up as a long throw down at my 20y line, but it is incomplete! 3rd and 7 with 1:39 left.
Ben snaps the ball. Pump fakes to the left, both my strong safeties go for it, leaving the right totally wide open, but my cornerback! The ball is in the air! Smoot, my star cornerback who is leading the the league in interceptions, can see it all the way! He is ready and goes up for it, BUT OUT OF THE BLUE COMES HINES WARD AND SNATCHES THE BALL!! Smoot has no clue what just happened, but catches Hines Ward at the 12 yard line!

Ben snaps the ball and quickly throws it out to the left for a screenpass, but my Defensive-coordinater already read the play and they get 8 yards. No huddle and Ben Spikes the ball to stop the clock at 1:12!
3rd and two. Ben snaps the ball faster than expected and catches me on my heels. In comes the safety blitz! Ben just throws the ball out right at the slant route that Hines Ward is running, but this time Smoot got him covered and it's an incomplete pass with 0:59 left on the clock.
They go for the fieldgoal to put the game in over time. Of course they do! I do everything in my power to stop the field goal, but to no use. The kick is up and it is good. BUT THERE'S A FLAG!! And it is against me.. Roughing the kick and a 5 yard penalty! New first down
At this time I'm almost crying my eyes out in rage! The shit ref has been throwing flags left and right at me the entire game! Also I've been intercepted twice by Troy Polamalu, but that's another story. 0:55 left on the clock. Ben walks up to the ball. I know he'll throw the ball and I know that he will pump fake it to one side, but which? I decide he will be throwing right once again to Hines Ward, so I bring the blitz in from his blindside right, hoping to catch him before he passes the ball. Snap! Throw! What the fu- TOUCHDOWN! Hines Ward! No pump fake! He releases the ball just as I am about to hit him! Ward got free of his protection and has scored a touchdown with only 51 seconds left on the clock. The score after the extra point is now 24-20 in Pittsburg favour, so I NEED a touchdown! My rage is building, my face is red and knuckles at white!

Great position! Much better than I could have hoped for! First snap I run a quick out route to my go-to-guy Taylor who always catch the ball and ones again he does. Brings the ball up to the 33 yard line and run out over the sideline for a new first down and stops the clock at 29 seconds. Golden Boy
Next play. I see double coverage on Taylor, so no chance of throwing it to him even after running him in an audible, they both follow! Shit! I got two big guys, but they'll be picked off by Troy Polamalu without a doubt.. *looks left and sees rookie WR Williamson*. He's small, fast and has played a good game so far. A quick fake pump to Taylor with Williamson in a streak run down field? Could this be my winner? Hell I didn't have any other choice so I went for it!

I didn't even bother running up to the guy trying to make the tackle.. The game was over with the ball in their hands and they could run down the clock with no problems.. FLAG! Pass interference! I get the ball on the 12 yard line and 16 seconds left

Time for the fullback to smash it the last two yards up the middle. Snap and I give him the ball, but he's stopped in the huge pile just at the goal line and I take my first timeout. 3rd and 2 with 7 seconds left. At this point I am thinking that this is the most unfair any game has ever been to me

Deep breath and let the play clock run down a little just to see if I can get a false start on the defensive. No luck. All left to do is take another deep breath and snap the last ball of the game..

I've been stopped short everytime I've tried this game! Gotta throw the ball! Taylor is open! I blast a rocketball at him! Right between the numbers! His arms are around the ball! He gets tackled but manages to keep the ball! It's a touchdown!!
I look for a flag, but I don't see any! I spin my chair around and jump out on the floor screaming in joy! I quickly save the game and look for my cigarettes only to remember I've quit, lol!

Is there any way the colts wont win? I love to see brees take it now that favre is out. I reckon if sharper can play like he did in the cardinals game and if the likes of bush and shockey (is he injured?) can produce resutls they might but i think that even if all tha happend, if the colts were on form they will still get beaten

It usually starts in august, but there's the whole pre-season thing of 4-6 games I think it is, so it might start as soon as june actually.. Then there's draft here in april
