Ofc we are customers, most of us anyway. Once you buy something that is part product, part service, you expect to get what you paid for.

And yes, it's "only" been a few hours late, but if you post a specific time, lots of people will be disappointed if their promise remains unfulfilled a few hours later. Rule number one (or thereabouts anyway) in customer relations is: never make a promise to a customer that you can't keep. My 2 øre, anyway.

Here's something weird, when I enter BS information into the launcher it clearly states invalid login, but when i input the real login that i can't register it goes into patching mode (it's not actually doing anything)... did I actually register or wtf?

i decided to give GOA the benifit of the doubt, i was prob being to harsh on them as they hadnt broken or not given us anything they had not stated they would.

now they have, 08:30 my arse (lol)......didnt want to say i told you so,

According to the error message, login is 'momentarily' unavailable, so now I know a French/Irish 'moment' lasts over an hour - and trying to get the Warhammer alliance page to load, mine stopped when it got as far as the message of the day - "MOTD: The suspense is terrible. I hope it will last."

i think thats different, i also paid EA for the prorder hoping i would get a key but it never arrived, so ill be phoning EA on monday getting my cash back. in the end i got a free key from fileplay.

but i dont blame anyone but myself for paying a premium for the early access game as i should have known the risks.

Look, I warned you last time about abusing a mod by altering their name. Stop it and grow up.

Also we spoke about you slagging someone off before they had actually done anything, that is just wrong which is why you were spoken to.

Yes, it seems that GOA's stress testing, developers and operations have dropped the ball on this one. Not IainC. He only gets to say what he is being told by the people at the backend running the show.

Unluckily for him he will have to deal with the shit and not those sat in the background busily wondering how they got it wrong.

That's as far as most people have got. It doesn't really matter anyway, the servers don't come back up for another couple of hours anyway.
