I ordered more than 2 weeks ago ... the download function was the key to be sent to email, the actually product download was from the war-europe client page. It does state on the buying page there is no refund for this product.

The keys are part of the product arnt they? and u cant realy turn in the keys again.. how do u prove that u have not used em?

I've not registered mine yet, as I've not been able to get through to the page to do it. As far as I'm aware, the product you ordered is the full release and the key is only valid for the beta, so it should be a moot issue - the beta key was a freebie given for preordering, not the item for sale.

Regardless, torch bearing hordes trying to cancel their orders might make someone wake up and try to improve things in the three weeks before the go live.

While I've been typing this, I've had a lovely email from Multiplay telling me I can log in and register the key... obviously they've not been watching the drama.

1 question for teh procedure guyz. after step 4 when u click confirm u should pop to step 5? or just wait confirmation email 1st? cause after pressing confirm and loading thing it stays on step 4

Too early to ask that question - the key entitles you to access to the Open Beta, but I don't think it says anywhere you get total access from day one of Open Beta.

It says registration complete in a picture that got a beige background, also says that a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
And that's the final "phase" afaik until you get the e-mail..

Aye you should get a page saying "an email has been sent via tortoise mail to xxx@xxx.xxx, you may or may not receive it within your lifetime, bet hey, at least you got this far!"....or something similar.
