Sucks, but try to take it easy. I think GoA is always bit slow on the response, but they still propably have a lot of mess to clean up after the "hack" insident. Perhaps the deletion of your accounts is part of the mess left behind ...

They will response to you if you're patient enough. I'm sure it's some sort of mess up due to the "hack" things and all account things they did and they'll fix it as they can.

May sound a bit silly but sure you havent patched to the US? it says account or pw does not exist if you patch then try and start up the game

doesnt say wrong accountname or pawrod..
says your accoutn have been terminated contact costumer service for more information.

and i cant contact costumerservice since i cant use rightnow since i have no account.

imo this is relay smart by whoever made this system <?>

you said since the hack incident you have not paid for your account but have still been able to play, until now?

Maybe GOA saw your account was somehow still active when you hadnt made a payment and thought something dodgy was going down?

The very least they can do is give the reason, its seems so weirded up.

While people were unable to access the subs pages following the hacking, GOA left it so that accounts would remain active even if they should have expired so that people who wanted to play were not cut off and unable to resubscribe.

There is also the credit for the free game time they have given out as a result of the down time.

This happend to my friend Taniko lvl 50 skald on Camlann/PvP aswell, hes chars got mystically deleted and he has NEVEr shared his account info.
