No it's not. Violating the CoC or EULA is merely breach of contract, and not criminal at all. So is using radar, or any client hack. They can't take you to court for it. But you're right, GOA can do what they want with regards to your account if you break your contract with them...

Now hacking the servers WAS criminal, and if GOA can catch whoever did it, they may well end up in court.

I just wanna know wath happened feels wierd to have accounts delited withoute doing anything wrong.

A little elaboration on the deletion of our guildies account : In a not so clear mood he discovered a CC charge from Wanadoo , being from Holland and Wanadoo operating on one of the worst cable networks you can think of and having no business with them (Other then DaoC ) , he thought what on earth are they charging me money for (thinking camelot = GOA not Wanadoo).
He had this creditcard charge reimbursed by the bank after the payment could not be verified.
6! months later he tries logging in and got the same message of account deleted withouth any prior notice.

Through alot of mailing to subscription@goa.com he got notice that his account was DELETED , not banned. This due to reimbursement of his payment. Even repaying did not make them undo the deletion.

This is the only case untill now I have seen someones account be deleted , people that cheated got their accounts permanently disabled.

The only thing you can do is mail subscription@goa.com and query why your account was deleted for peace of mind , dont get your hopes up of getting your account back.

When subsription pages came back up my sub had not run oute and i had not auto pay on so i keept playing last time i payed for my acc was before mythic got hacked and havent payed for em since and they just been working fine might bee some problem with that or wathever i just wish somone at GoA wold take 2 mins and explain the problem for me ...
