reminds me of ye olde keep sieges where there would always be at least one paladin standing in full view above the front climb point so they could see what was happening, making a lovely glowing beacon screaming "AoE Dot me now!"

This random dood yout alk about was able to beat jox in a meelee duel, i'd like to see you do that. I think saifang knows pretty damn well what a scout is able to do so don't talk about him as a noobie, as clearly your 200 k rp's came from standing on top of the tower 100% of the time. Go out in the open field and you might learn something about a scout in general.

bazoeka was also near that point of this event....
as a sniper... you pick a spot, preferably out of sight... and also you try to keep your location hidden so you can use it more then once.

You do know that you can do this at fg's that are rebuffing etc as well? i do it quite often, and it works pretty damn well.

I agree, you obviously don't have a clue. You tried 1 thing, it gave you easy rps and made you feel superiour, thinking: OMG I Roxxor teh freakin Boxxorz. Then someone else comes along, with more experience then you, wich gives him more options, ( Granted he was an adder and leecher in the beginning off his scout carreer but at least he was solo and quickly changed his playstyle to a more respectable one...) and you start telling him what to do and claiming he is a noob ????
I'm not the one to be calling ppl names, but being new to a class and then call a far more superiour player a noob is imo a bit out of line and you certainly do need to apologise to Saifang.

Maybe if you got some more rr's and spent some more time playing your new char you should come back here and take a good look at that screenie again...

in NF Beta on my scout, I was specced: 37 stealth, 39 thrust, 50 bow & 20 shield. now I couldve respecced to 34 stealth 39 thrust, 50 bow rest shield due to RR. so your post Ironheart bout having poor melee as a sniper spec, imo, you specced wrong.

On that not however the only person that actually doesn't strike me as a total **** is Saifang. Red Hatred can play how he want's and yes, forcing opinions upon people isn't always welcome but it strikes me (from about half way through when he stops being rude, although theres still so rude behaviour in there) that he's mainly trying to be of help.
