Guys, I think it's time we pointed a few things out to the DAOC lot.
It seems their boards have become a sounding board for racists, homophobes and women haters.
We all know we wouldn't tolerate it in General but there's so many of the idiots in the DAOC forums it's hard to keep up.
Just a few recent threads I've noticed that have been locked already but I can see no one's been banned or even disciplined as they keep creating new threads....

I've heard of/seen instances of them posting pics of kids with down's syndrome to mock each other too.
What I propose is, rather than go invade their forums and tell them what idiots they are, we just simply have a broswe through the threads and nominate the biggest twats for a good thwack with the ban-stick.
There's a number of paying customers who read and post in General and it'd be nice if they could have a voice and tell BW/GAME how unhappy they were that these racists etc were still allowed to post more and more shite on the forums.
We need to make it clear to the super-mods that we'd like them to step in and help out the DAOC mods to set some very firm ground rules as clearly there's no form of self moderation such as exists (kind of) here.
There were some bans here recently for far less than what's REGUALARLY going on in the DAOC forums.
I think the DAOC mods, although they're doing a fine job are fighting a losing battle and need some help drawing the line. I'd like to think some bans handed out to the worst offenders would help stem the flow of this kind of behaviour.
