10 things to do before leaving DAoC

List your 10 most important things (in your opinion) you MUST do before you ever think of leaving DAoC.

I'll post mine when I've thought about it enough

1. Learn to appreciate reality-tv, since thats all they show on tv and you will watch alot more tv when you quit.

Can't think of anything to be honest, don't have any intention of leaving yet as I'm having fun at the moo.

I'd like to get own a small cottage somewhere, RR8+ on my Scout and maybe make a decent RvR movie, dunno what else tbh. :|

Edit: Oh and find something to fill the time where I'd stare at the wall if not for DAoC conquering my boredom.

Well, since the reason I still play is the community, there's not something I HAVE to achieve. Things I would LIKE to achieve though is having a decent RR on some of my chars. But since I don't like RvR enough to actually get out there I guess it's RvR missions that'll have to do. I also would like to get one or two characters fully TOAd, that'd rock.

1) Swear/yell my ass off in my AS
2) Hit RR6
3) Get a 300p template
4) Get my BD on Camlann to 50
5) Spam on FH till I get banned.
6) Get my char on Hib + alb excal to 50 and RR2
7) Get a FAO: Overdriven whine on FH
8) Get BD to RR4 on Pryd
9) Meet: Lenore, Ripperjack, Orenthal, Funkybunny.
10) Finally uninstall.

This is my list of things i am glad to have done, the type of things that everyone should experiance (hibs anyway)

1) Get 50
2) Play a BG shade
3) Build some good friendships, make a few enemies
4) Lead an OF keep raid (obviously cant be done these days)
5) Kill the final Boss in galla
6) Get your First solo kill
7) Go on a OF Relic raid, all the preperation and cooperation that went into the raid with moving of groups, Shades and rangers scouting and reporting in.
8) Get RR5
9) Get a Guild group going and roam as friends.
10) Get RR10 i guess

RvR is the game and some of the best times RvRing have been;
Soloing in DF and sneaking around when alb got it was loads of fun, when mid controled it i used to get PMs from other people alb side hunting asking if they all run at me shouting kill me kill me!
Solo/duo with dyna in old HW and odins used to be great, with jamiesmallicus bringing his groups to come kill me which was loads of fun :>
Constantly exploring albion and hibernia frontiers finding out where people level and such and going to keel them! was at times the only way i could make any rps but it was fun as hell anyway :> sneaking up on them, one time i took out an exp spot of 12 level 50 hibs not counting all the greys that where there probabaly being PLed
I have to show off and say about soloing FGs is a fun as hell but only done it once since NF where i was in skele form in the sea while a group just watched me kill them not having a clue what was going on

One aim i suppose it to kill jaem's little scout when we cluster that little ebul kobbie! :touch: and that is all ;P

rest all done, only need those three and then my DAoC life is complete

1. Get an ML10 char (highest is ML5; with little chance of finishing it off)
2. Get a decent templated char - rather than one that took 2 days
3. Get a level 50 on Mid/Excal (can't face soloing one up)
4. Kill the dragon (done most of the other 'uber' mobs)
5. Pull the Glacier Giant to brynja bridge and watch the fun unfold
6. Get a level 50 champ
7. Whine about scouts till their range gets nerfed
8. Witness a time when Albs dont have 10 scouts on assist in a keep or tower defence
9. Run around on my bard solo - and see if many full groups gank me
10. Delete all my chars; uninstall the game; and use the game discs, instructions, and box as bonfire fuel.
