I think GOA is right not to give it to any realm yes, let people get over the "/level fancy thing" and then see if there is any need for /level 30, no matter what server it will be activated on, it will attract players from all other servers, because its better to try things out as lvl 30 than 20.

Could make it work on the level 50 chars on the account though, that might help the server.

I personally can't wait for the patch as it means some well deserved Mercenary love, as well as the /level command which should provide a lot of fun for everyone - after all this is what the game is about.
