Are you on crack man? Lee's fighting style was all about mixed martial arts, he combined the best of all fighting styles. Physically he was perfect, treated his body as a temple and knew how to feed it.

In an alley fight ( ie no rules) Tyson would go down in the first few seconds. Tyson maybe trained to smack people in the head, but ANY, any top martial artist could take out any boxer, past present or future. The amount of places on the body, that, if attacked in the right way causes total immobalisation is scary. They are not used in any MMA contests for a reason - death and serious injuries not to good for viewing figures ( good m8 is an MMA & she's female , i've had some explained to me & it hurt !)

Lee everytime, even though Tyson may have the bulk and power, he doesn't have the speed or mobility or tactical skills Lee would possess. I think Lee would win because tyson wouldn't be able to hit him the bugger was like greased lightning and had a level of control that would help him maintain focus in a fight, whereas tyson although certainly a good boxer has demonstrated that he has little grasp on his ability to maintain self control (biting someones ear off is not the action of a dude who is at one with his surroundings)

he was heavier is his only real argument, to that i pointed out that in 1 inch he could break boards so a full punch would definitely have an impact

he may (i will take his word for it as i cba to google) have been the fastest heavy weight boxer but someone has already shown he is significantly slower than lee so didn't highlight it in terms of hand speed, and considerably less mobile

By the sounds of it either do you, weight means fuck all what your describing is basicly a brute force scenario assuming bruce lee would stand toe to toe with tyson and actually allow tyson to hit him :l Tyson would have a hard enough time hitting someone with lee's experience let alone keeping up with lee's stamina and agility.

Stick all that together and take into account Lee was trained in Wing Tsun and a master and founder of Jeet Kune Do which was basicly a powerful offensive / defensive fighting style.
