But I also came up with another template with 3 stealth lores and energy wep.
Is an extra stealth lore, 25 more AF and ability to do Energy damage with 2% more melee bonus good enough to give up the ~250 hits?

It is possible just...Is it actually possible? For a Pierce NS template to have
25 con overcap and 400 hits,
10% melee speed,
heat and melee resists at 25% or above,
SoM, GoV, Ring of Dances
+11 to Critical Strike, Piercing and Stealth,
1 env swap for +11 envenom.
And at least:
10 / 10 of str / dex overcap,
8% / 8% of melee / style damage increases,
44 quickness (ie. within 10 pts of luri quick cap),
25 AF.
Uses Golden Spear main with Dochar Nightshade Steel
Able to swap for Legendary weapon with gloves change.
And artifacts used: Guard of Valor, Shades of Mist, Ring of Dances, Eerie Darkness Lighting Stone

Uses Sun weapon main with Dochar Nightshade Steel,
Can swap for Legendary weapon again with gloves change.
Belt of the Sun, Guard of Valor, Shades of Mist, Eerie Darkness Lighting Stone, and also Goddess Necklace, Shades of Mist, Ring of Dances for 3 Stealth Lores. Bloody hell, 7 artis, so yeah, this one has lower util reflected in less hits.
