over 3 rounds, anything goes.

I just thought it might make good discussion, no negativity if you dont think its possible to say exactly who speculate on what does well against what and what class might be top of the pile etc.

Not really into solo-war, but valks seems to do fucking nice in 1on1s :p

So I guess,
1: Valk
2: Merc (if dirty tricks)
3: Pala

I'm probably completely lost here though, but this is my guess!

"Bumping MLs always use Dirty Tricks" Mercs are always a pain in the ass altho without some sort of disease Valks are really too long lasting to win em tbh.

valks really are overated guys. High dps and slam/LW can easily pwn them imo. Aslong as u can purge or out live their backstyle etc they are going down town.

I would say 1v1 from a hib pov it goes...

from my mercs perspective (whos melee specced (slash) both skill/ra, no charge etc)

rr5+ champs are a bast to fight, without purge you aint gunna be able to land enough hits with the debuffs. altho if i use everything i have can usually beat them (still asuming purge is down). Mattz being a prime example of a decent champ.

Personally i dont have a problem with valks/thanes, aye they are a pain if you have abilities down, ml4 on inc then purge their slam and 9 times out of 10 they die before my imunity wears off. Obviously if i dont think I can drop them before my stun immunity fades I'll pop some more stuff :>

high RR nightshades are also hard if they get the jump, got raped only last week by puppets ns, full PA chain whilst battler debuffed + viper3 although he met me 30 or so minutes later to miss PA an barely take 50% off me. But I'd only expect an assasin to win vs a chainwearer if he had the jump etc.

Not quite sure what the question here is, is it a case of using everything you have in a 1v1 scenario who will win? If so, no question about the champ/merc being at the top (imo).

only thing ive lost to on my valk is a few high rr charge dualwielders with purge2, spamming mls on me, and like 2-4 assasins, and kanija, once :p Valk is way to op in 1v1, and purging slam wont help unless your a dualwielder

vamps are easy as a valk, use powerdrain style when slammed and engage stun immunity or so and he wont do shit

after ur slam u will be able to do 2-3 power leaks?that's around 200 power..valks have around 300(no pp bonus or piety) so basically they stay with 33% pp...while engaging valk drinks pow pot which gives around 40% pp and heals up :D not to mention the walkthrough backstyles he may try..tho i think it would work on someone who doesn't expect it...

Shame any decent vamp will drain your end before you can land a slam :)
Combined with fumble debuff and there's not much a valk can do but spam his HoT untill OOP, shame the Vamp can do the same but will not get OOP.

what do you mean? the powerdrain style doesnt work like the valk gets back power, just removes it from the vamp. Basicly the vamp will even though he use his powerdrain bolt be at no power after a couple of sidestyles, and then you can just engage and wait for immunity to go, or runthrough as your claiming aswell

how can he drain your end? you can charge his charge at inc so he wont get any power, pop a endbarrel and instaslam him, or numb and slam after purge

i was refering to the part of doing this to a valk not to a vamp...i don't play a vamp so dunno how this will work but i'm just saying that this tactic isn't that good vs valks cause they can get pow via pow pots while vamps can't..
anyways everything is a matter of tactic and countertactic...

As previously said and although my vamp aint high rr i cant say valks are hard to win. Just end tap em and they do shit. simple as that. in case they got end regen running aswell even better. use charge and make their slam attemps useless while they wasting their own end and our end tap comes up again. Regarding the fact u said about draining the power, its quite simple aswell --> hit rr5 ;p

kill valks!!!!!1111 :england:

From Bm PoV

Armsman
Valk
Merc

That is from their RR5 onwards. but if you talking from rr1 then that changes to:

Valk
Merc
Tic

Simple reason being the Armsman RR5 is crazy that they can style while they use the RR5 and insane dmg. Where as the Valk's HoT is just insane in that it is insta and stackable.

only noobs stack hots :p the higher tier HoT is wank an owns power an it lower hela value than the lvl 20 hot better to use the 20 hot over an over than to stack them an waste power

The rr5 of Arms make them almost unkillable even if you get PA chain in.
Warden and tics are just like necros, boring fights, and even duping everything you finish dead at the end.

The rr5 abilities of arms/champs/tics makes Dirty tricks looks balanced :/
