Baically, I lift 8kg weight with one hand for about 40-50 lifts (sets of 15 or so) before I can generally do no more. Then I repeat with the other hand. And yeh, I am basically eating to gain muscle since I do so much exercise daily (probably in excess of 4 miles) that I find it very hard to put on fat :>
