I liked Transformers and IJ4.

Sure IJ4 was a bit further fetched than the first 3, but what did people seriously expect? Jones is older, it's the 50's and the height of 50's schlock-sci-fi about Aliens and body snatchers!

It fit in perfectly with the period it was set in, and I'd LOVE to know what anyone else thought the plot should have been about, and "kept in theme" with the original 3 films.
