Login server went down just as we moved out of APK...

we waited 15 minutes in uppland for it to come back up then decided to attack.

Login server was back up before 2nd and 3rd relic were picked up.

So whine more.

being an alb its hard to stay neutral, but imo there shouldn't be a rollback

on sunday most of the albion and midgard players crashed and couldn't get back in. Hibernia didn't crash and executed their planned raid, but there were almost no mids to defend


today the game server didn't crash
everyone who was ingame stayed ingame. The only problem was that mids couldn't get reinforcements...there were (lots of ) mids ingame.
But the same goes for albs, the albion RR force couldn't get any reinforcements either if needed

so both albs and mids had to fight with the forces ingame at that time. And as nobody crashed, there wasn't a disadvantage between those 2 forces

I don't think we have to worry...there's no way Goa gonna allow a relic raid during a server crash

This isn't a server crash.

And sad to see that mids only rely on GOA each raid.

well, I'm sure those that were on as alts, low levels, will of course have been able to beat down albs :) but only if they were level 5 BD's :p

There was a server crash? In which zone was it and why wasn't a single alb kicked from the game when there was a _crash_?

I can not get into the game atm (keep saying my pass is incorrect after an update..bah), so I did not know, that Albs did take our relics... :(

Did u take em all or just str or what???

loginserver was down. Cause the loginserver doesnt handle the zones :)

It seems like you patched to the US-version of the game. Would be better to reinstall or correct the entries in the file update.dat.

And btw. we only took all str-relics with approx. 60 people if i have to guess the number. ;)

So what? That happens about one time a week and everytime you get directed to the US update-server.

There were relicraids on german servers during such outstandings of the loginserver, too. And never were there a rollback when this happened. So keep on dreaming about a rollback. :p

Btw. what about the mids in Emain? Why didn't they came to defend the relics? Apparently there were enough to raid a keep there, so imho there were enough mids to gather a defence, right?

Who needs more than 2-3-4 hours of sleep at a normal weekday? c'mon :) Over half of my work days I go to bed at 3-4 am :) Plain standard procedure, but I still go to work 8 am :)
Get your own grip :p

tbh if GOA does a rollback now, then they have to install some shit that tell you when the loginserver is unavailable, cuz we wouldnt have known anything about it, if it werent for ppl who were later for the raid that couldnt log on.

we will see what GOA does.

oh and btw:

it was 10 am uk time
we had a big zerg
login server went down during raid
login server came back up during raid
you had NO relic guards cuz you have 6 relics

and still they want a rollback... heh.. (well at least some)

oh and blejs, this raid was PLANNED this was not a opportunity raid like the hibs raid...

relic status hasnt updated on chronicles...are you sure the relics were taken by alb?
