since i am the oldest fart in this thread and for sure smoked more weed then all posters together (try living in Amsterdam for 11 years) i can tell i think i speak from experience when i say:

weed is bad

it seriously fucks up your development (socially / mentally) specially when you smoke 5 joints a day for ~15 years.

only good point about weed over alcohol it doesn't destroy your body as fast as alcohol does (alcohol = legal hard drugs)

don't do it

take a nice addiction like DAOC

nah i dont but then i smoke it every day so i dont ever have that problem .. smoking dope has made me realise many things in life for eg looking at a object for a long time is alot more fun then ppl make out... thats all for today

A friend with weed is a friend indeed.

Weed helps you relax, it's ok, it's not like it fucks you up like XTC, speed or coke does. After a joint you don't feel like killing anyone, you just want to eat alot and lay back and laugh about silly things. Weed used right way is good imo. Gawd I'm so happy I'm Dutch! ;p

people that smoke weed make me fucking sick. but what makes me more sick is the way the govornment handle it... because they cant control the amount its used, they decide to make it a bit more legal, how the fuck is that gonna work?

upgrade ALL drugs, and i mean ALL drugs no matter how soft, to class A drugs, lifetime imprisonment/execution for selling, and lifetime imprisonment for use. another thing that winds me up is the way they aim at drug dealers rather than users. you could walk down the street smoking a joint and be caught by the police, and i bet you'd only be given a caution. you should be thrown in a cell and given a proper trial, and possibly executed.

just because smoking weed doesnt have as much of an affect on you as drinking, doesnt mean it shouldnt be illegal. people that are now heroine addicts and other lowlife scum often start with softer drugs, and go on to use harder drugs when they find they can no longer get a buzz from the previous drug.

my idea, which i think i've mentioned on here before... to release a batch of anthrax or something into the cocaine/heroine market, therefore killing off users and detering others from daring to use it.. would work so so so well. the problem would vanish over night, we'd wake up one morning to find all the junky scum dead, and all the dealers out of work/dead, the world would instantly be a better, safer place.

so in short, imo, even if your dying of cancer, smoking weed is fucking wrong. nothing makes it right, nothing makes using or doing anything illegal right. if you say... but im dying of cancer i can smoke weed, then surely i can say... i fucking hate immigrants im gonna kill some ?

Actually that sounds like a pretty good idea. Hey, after you've finished executing your devious plan (which smacks of teh hypocrisy btw.) perhaps you could introduce a lethal virus into the various immigration camps located around England. That way we won't be burdened with hundreds of foreigners trying their best to take our pizza order over the phone and ultimately sending us a triple anchovie deep pan when we specifically ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese on a thin and crispy base!!11 Ridding the world of them would make life much better for the survivors. Then maybe we could carpet bomb all the cities north of the watford gap because, lets face it, nobody likes the scummy northies. Then the world will be an even betterer place! Absolutely nothing wrong with weed, the only downside is you might get a bit lazy after long term use. I myself have a few plants at my friends house and enjoy experimenting with them, see em grow ect then finally smoke em.. uber hobby if you ask me. ppl that dislike weed either havent tried it or are living a boring life imo, heck I belive the world leaders would get much more along if they gathered around a huge bong...
