Warrior style spec

Need some help about with style is best and why

Axe?
Hammer?
Sword?

Im currently sword specced,but some ppl say that sword sucks and i like to know why if so

Personally I don't think anything is wrong with sword as long as you can take it to 50 like on a Warrior.

i think axe is prolly best for farming or maby hammer (just not sword) in rvr all are same really :x

I'm sword because you get Ragnarok wich is back positional, it's GOOD dmg output and very very easy to get off. I hear hammer is good for PvE but i dont know about axe...

imo stay sword

The only thing bad with sword at the moment is that the taunt style has no bonus to hit. But that gets fixed in an upcoming patch.

Go hammer if you want him for df, most mobs are crush vuln.
Or you can go axe for a very nice front positional which is uber in pve.
Sword spec is the worst for pve imo.

They are still all usefull in rvr tho
Hammer - utility with rear posiional snare
Axe - nice positional chains if you are able to pull them out.
Sword - frontload. Nice rear positional but anytime is a Huge end eater.

My warrior is axe specced, and im staying that way. I use the taunt style as anytime, which does pretty decent axe. A great back style with a followup too when running along the assist train or something.
And the front styles pwns literally...good damage on first style and massive damage on followup, but you rarely fight toe to toe most of the time in rvr.

im sword myself and i would respec if i had cash

hammer is nice in df and got nice backchain for rvr, better then ragnarok imo.
axe got frontpos chain and a nice sidestyle good for both rvr and pve

My warrior is swordspecced atm but tbh if i would stumble over a respecstone i think i would go hammer.

Sword = 1 good style imo (Ragnarok)

Hammer = pos.back + followup, taunt with good dmg and low end fatigue

Hammer pos back is nicer then Ragnarok imo, snare and very nice dmg.

Dunno why but i love them hammers.

If you have bb support go Axe, if not go hammer.

If you usually play with same ppl (guild) check wich weapon your tank mates are speced to have a good balance dmg (slash and crush) type, is nice to have an mixed dmg assist train.

About sword, many tanks respec from sword when we got a free respec (around one year ago) and I listen many negative stuff about that weapon path, to be honest I never try.

I'd also keep TOA in mind (i know this is a question about styles but this is also important), look at the artifact boards on VN. Apparently sword artifacts (battler) >> other artifact.

Well the way i see it sword will be uber in pve after 1,65 as the taunt will go from being the worst to the best I have been hammer and i prefer sword in rvr over hammer...

I have a troll warrior who is axe specced. It was my first char, but even after trying both hammer and sword on other chars, I am happy with axe. Havoc + Tyr's Fury are nice, and also Pillager + Plunderer combo is nice for rvr with the effects. Imo warriors in rvr should think about what effects they are spamming ppl with, they are perhaps more important than the damage we do.

Sword is nice for rvr tho, with Ragnarok, so is Hammer imo. So they all got their charm. However, I agree with someone who said that Sword is kinda sucky for pve.

Sword Hammer and Axe are all good in rvr as Splashor Jawz and Mikhail proved.
Sword got the easist styles to use in rvr.
Axe kidna hard if u not used to positional chains.
Hammer saves u RA points on PF and also is nice i heard>.<

Well the only reason i use hammer really is for the back pos styles and the snare on conqurer it´s stacks with PF so enemy tanks almost gets messed :>

That means you buy time for support and that´s usualy good .

Sword Axe are really nice to its just up to the player to choose :>
