Dunno if there is a bug but grapple works for me like this:

I grapple someone and then i cant use it for a few seconds after it is off. Then i use it again. So i dont chain grapple.

Oh and i won't come with some Random Groups.

Dunno if there is a bug but grapple works for me like this:

i think it comes down to what mythic say, they say grapple asn't a bug but an oversight, we don't know their view on the 28 buff shit from mythic yet, but i hasten to say its prolly an oversight also, i doubt mythic ever thought when they first coded this that people would reach the buff cap

well downloaded the movie at last but 400mb+ for that qual aint really worth it imo, its also hard to see what grps u fight since u dont see names of ppl that good and lots of random alb farming.. well to sum it up im more impressed that u np ppl came through all the toa pve then of the play in the movie.

Well all i can say i heard several (not one) time that NP got beaten by the 1 eld tank setup in gu. U even took FB in grp to counter it.

Only met them once, fight was pretty fun and even until we got added on by mids in middle of gorge :/
