Imagine if this wasn’t the, admittedly impressive, Ukrainian military, but the full US military machine. The Russians would be dead in seconds. This war has absolutely trashed their reputation as a mighty military.

You're such a handwringing pussy sometimes. There are good guys and bad guys in this shitshow, and I have no problem cheering for the good guys. I have no moral conflict about fighting for one's country, and I'm also perfectly aware we've been on the wrong side of history at least twice in the last 20 years (before you inevitably bring it up).

I'd also suggest that there's one group of people who can stop this, and that's the Russians, and if it means a bit of 9mm regime change, I won't shed one fucking tear for Vladimir Putin.
