Viking Jarl realm guard in hugin?

Was there yesterday, noticed a guard walking around by the stable master.
When I rightclicked him, he gave me a spoken salute, cant remember if thats normal for the realm guards though...
Anyone else seen him around, or was it just me

Seen him also tried to talk to him with different level chars (28 & 41) no result.

i tink he must have something to do with this end of campaign realm wide war thing that goa have been talking about.

him and all those npcs stroking their weapons and armour and saying things abou the past and the future and...

If it was a realm guard (Viking Jarl), then it was a bug. Same as the MAA in huginfel incident.

in hibernia we have a zone called lough derg, to reach it form any of our frontier zones you need to travel through an entire zone before you even reach lough derg, yet we have an albion bowman regularly killing xp'ers in there, only the other day i saw the message "crogan was killed by a bowman"

must be a zone wall bug, probably the same with these guys in mid.

No no no, he's been there for days, and has a fixed path that he walks. He is definitely an event npc.
