i love tuna pasta and all the other stuff, past few months ive really cut down, and since ive started my new job i have eaten less because im working long hours so i dont have time to get bored and eat.

Sad thing is, i have been far too tired to go to the gym, and with my muscle strain i havent been in over 2weeks, but my leg has started to get better so i hope to go before the week is over.

I want to lose about 5stone ive already lost 2 so maybe the job and the gym added together and (maybe) some sort of diet could really speed up the process... Just i have never taken diets seriously

just eat moderately and try to keep at that gym matey. you can balance your workout to more upper-body related if your leg still hurts. skip a musclegroup if you worked it hard the last time: your body needs rest just as much as it needs activity. don't go at it too hard, pace yourself. I have over 5 years of inactivity under my belt (heh) and I know that's not getting worked off any faster if I push weights harder or run further without taking the time to build myself up to a certain level. just keep at it and amaze yourself in a year :)

Just eat like a normal person but do 3hrs a day on your bike.

Works for me ;)

me too. I eat crisps and junkfood every now and then too. as long as I keep hitting the gym I keep building muscles and dropping weight. all good imo :)

Just to make all you people on a diet jealous, I had a free Double Whopper with Cheese and Bacon meal last night. It was rather nice :)

Remember kiddies.

Three smaller mealers a day is healthier than one or two big ones!

Or you could just kinda starve and spend the money on fast cars and slow women.

I had a paid-for XL Double Bacon Cheese Burger meal, super sized.

Dosnt taste so good when its paid for :(

Ive just eaten about a pound of Celebrations washed down with a pint of Arabica .

In 30 mins Im going to ride 40 miles.

I feel a bit sick at the thought. :eek:

Cadburys are doing some gym equipment for schools thing, like you eat loads of chocolate then use the wrappers to get some bats and balls etc..

They were doing some calculations on the radio, the ammount of chocolate you would need to eat to get one basketball would then take 19 hours using said basketball to burn off again.

But if its for your school we can hardly expect 1 single person to be contributing... Thats the point

A school is getting some free equipment to help keep thousands of kids healthy, Kids like eating the chocolate, and Cadbury like the press time they get from it.

If you eat too much chocolate thats your fault not Cadburys
