i love tuna pasta and all the other stuff, past few months ive really cut down, and since ive started my new job i have eaten less because im working long hours so i dont have time to get bored and eat.
Sad thing is, i have been far too tired to go to the gym, and with my muscle strain i havent been in over 2weeks, but my leg has started to get better so i hope to go before the week is over.
I want to lose about 5stone ive already lost 2 so maybe the job and the gym added together and (maybe) some sort of diet could really speed up the process... Just i have never taken diets seriously
