Well I used to be scrawney lil shite but i spend most of my free hours in the gym, on a bike or swimming. I am 6ft and weigh 12st 9lb. That is on the higher end of the height/weight averages but (without blowing my own trumpet) i don't have much fat on me at all, im certainly not unhealthy but i do like a nice fryup after the occasional good ole pissup, (hey im human)

Never been on a diet in me life... which seeing as im 16 isnt surprising but i know of loads of ppl my age some even me m8s going on diets as they think their overweight.

im 6'4 and weigh 14.5 stone im far from fat but ppl dont do it on fat .. they do it on those stupid height weight graphs which are complete BS =/

I am a malnourished student. I live on bacon sandwiches, toasted cheese, caffeine drinks and beer. It don't half make you lose weight tho :)

I should point out that at no point does the Atkins plan suggest you go totally without carbohydrates. It specifically tells you to eat dark green vegetables (spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, etc).

TDC there are 2.2 pounds to a kilogram, and 14 pounds to a stone.

Bollocks, I was thinking of going on the Atkins Diet specifically as I'm intending on going on a diet seeing as I'm an uber fat cunt, but I utterly despise spinach and broccoli in particular :(

No idea what diets are good, I need something preferably without obscene amounts of excercise as I've got dodgy knees which point outwards, which means any activities involving leg movement means I spend the next day walking around like a mummy.

all the fat blokes I know say they have dodgy knees so they can't exercise:)

Swimming is good exercise and it doesnt have bad effects on your joints.

Sounds like a lame excuse I know, but it's true! I had physiotherapy on it for a couple of years.

Alot of the inital weight loss will be fluid.

So don't be disheartened if you put a couple of pounds back on when you drink alot or a couple of days after a beer drinking sesh.

Does anybody know how long I should wait until eating again, after having this food poisoning? I have had absolutely no appetite for 48 hours now, I just ate 2 good quality burgers from Tescos, and my guts are giving me grief again. Is this just my body over-reacting, or am i doing the correct thing? I think I know how an anorexic feels, the thought of eating makes me sick.

Just eat things like toast or savoury biscuits...something pretty bland....dont eat loads of heavy stuff like red meat.

Main thing is just to drink lots of water....also coke would be good too as the sugar is quite helpful...

aye, a few sips of coke does wonders. also plenty of light tea with some digestive biscuits will sort you out mate.
stay away from fatty and spicy foods for a bit till you feel more or less ok again

Lightly buttered toast is something my mother always force me to eat if Ive been ill, I presume that helps :>

have you tried swimming? Even if it doesn't work you can still oggle the ladies;)

i think solid dope you could just sort of wipe it off, don't think it would really get saturated. Grass would be better off spread over some newspaper or kitchen towel. Baking it would make it go all shitty; so I'm told.

Basically stayed away from bread mainly. I was also a heavy pasty eater (lovely cornish pasties dripping with grease). Cutting out those will have helped a lot. Im not a big fruit/veg eater at all, so bothers me little.
Mainly its been tuna, mackrel, chicken with various concoctions, green beans. Im now easing myself back into a fairly normal diet, eating bread again, ive cut out pasties completely. My only real vice now is chocolate, im a bugger for that. I havent put on weight since though, in fact ive lost a few pounds more. Proudly 16.6 stone now, which from 18.2 is a vast improvement. Ideally I wanted to be 14, but im happy as is, im a big bloke anyway (6 foot 4, size 15 feet, large head, big willy) so the extra isnt bothering me :)
