US/euro server numbers

Looks like the numbers are still dropping in both the US an Euro servers, it could be because December is holiday time, end of January might show an increase. Then maybe not..

The Italian servers currently refer to the servers up at daoc.it. I'll be archiving the final IT-* server graphs later.

The GOA hosted Italian server (Deira) will appear as eu-deira once GOA start publishing population numbers for it, until then I can't make graphs for it.

The small white columns where theres still loads of players just before and after is usually when the XML from Mythics website doesn't update.
