Yep. Agree with both of you. It's a shitty way of doing things. But it's quick isn't it. If they get that data model...

However, - they're doing exactly the same in my place at the moment. The whole company is shitting themselves and it's all the staff are talking about because redundancies might be in the tens of thousands. Having been a contractor for 20+ years I'm able to completely ignore it - it's not "real" for me until someone tells me I'm out of a job so I can just crack on.

However - this is just another large-scale redundancy programme because of a change of management.

Fucking hell! What are the chances - that bus stop is on Bethnal Green road, and the pub you can just make out on the left is the Marquis of Cornwallis, which I fairly often frequent (it's a shit hole, mind - cheap!)
