You do realise he had actually already shot someone dead by that point?, then others tried to disarm him and he fled and tripped and then shot them. This is not speculation either as there are witness aswell as fact he was dumb enough to phone a friend after the first killing and tell them over the phone he had just shot someone dead.

This makes me so mad. Here we have a chance to do something good for consumers, the environment, industry, that will pay for itself, and it gets shot down because it's not coal friendly.
The Clinton administration shut down nuclear power fuel alloy studies in the early 90's because it was not oil friendly, so it's not just one party that does this.
