Assad has done deals wuth them yes...so has everyone, the Russians did a deal to let them walk away in exchange for their weapons and hostages.
Sometimes they are useful...to the US even, thats as old as the hills.
They as an ideology..who fight amongst themselves, want to topple Assad and turn Syria into an Islamic empire...which would mean a LOT of dead bodies, total moral crackdown and the usual rampant protection racket.
Hes actually a painfully shy, English educated, pragmatic man who chose to be an eye doctor...having to do dictator shit to keep the loonies from the door.
So now they are trying to paint him as some evil tyrant raining destruction on innocents.
Well the US is doing a pretty good job of that...in fact Ed Milliband stopped Obama from bombing Syria...the one useful thing he did.
Hes a man in an exceptional situation...but still you buy into the propaganda bullshit peddled by the west war/media machine.
The EXACT same bullshit that took us into Iraq.

This isn't about the Syrian Government, as the Americans weren't fighting the Syrians, they were fighting ISIS.

Trump has given the Kurds on a plate to the Turks, pretty much telling them to open fire whenever they feel like it. The problem is that this kind of stuff causes resentment, resentment from a group that we really should be supporting - they're a ethnic group that want to create their own nation.

Now we've given them lots of weapons and are pissing them off royally, I expect them to attack us and I expect us to retaliate on some nu-communism attack.

Er..Trump himself bombed the Syrian regime..so did Obama, they were helping the revels over throw the govenrment.
They just kept up a wall of misinformation to prevent most people putting two and two togethe4 and coming up with...these rebels are just another form of Isis.
The frickin Kurds kept pointing it out and were the good guys..then the bad guys, depending what ever suited the western propaganda machine on the day.

Also the sanctions on Oleg Deripaska were dropped this week. I'm sure Putin appreciates all these Christmas presents but he needs to tell Trump that they celebrate Christmas in January in Russia.
