Ive never really understood the Clinton hate, she has never been found guilty of any wrongdoing from what i understand so why do you hate her so much @Scouse ?

How many politicians have ever been taken to court for being scum?

Lying isn't a criminal offence (thankfully) but maybe could be considered for politicians. When she claimed to have landed under sniper fire, running heads down across the runway in Bosnia, before the video showing normal greetings. Hillary brushed it off by saying she "misspoke"...

It's informative about the decades long building up of a catalogue of half-truths, barely-any-truths and the odd nugget of genuine criticism that has been built up but it's an article of its time.

It fails to foresee the mainstreaming of 4-chan style attacks that occurred in the 2016 campaign. It had GOP operatives worried about not buying into the most extreme narratives for fear of looking weird. That went by the wayside in 2016 and you actually have a Press Secretary who's happy to peddle easily debunked conspiracy theories direct from the White House.

It also has some in the GOP worried that attacking Hillary too hard may come across as misogynistic. In many circles in 2016 that became a virtue. Admittedly they may be paying a price in mainstreaming misogyny now if you look at the voting patterns in 2018.

It's kind of quaint though imagining that somehow 'Clinton eats babies and fucks them with her penis whilst planting bombs in churches' could never be part of an election cycle.

Hmmm paywall but googled, she did lie about that (stupid seeing a show easy it was to fact check) but how does that justify rather trump than hilary?

Did a quick fact check on the whole shes a liar business and it seems this itself is false, shes considered by fact checkers as one of the most honest politicians in the US (probably not hard tbh)

No, it's a bad thing.

The reason why ISIS rose was because of a weak Syria/Iraq and little American support.

I'd imagine it wouldn't take long for another group to fill the void, which the US was responsible for making in the first place.

Although I'd imagine America not being in the country will please Russia.

The vast majority of Syrians support Assad against these loonies and we are almost entirely responsible for the carnage that followed.
Assad could have crushed them in a few months.

I don't think he is justifying Trump by not particularly liking Hilary, she is no Snow White but would of been better than Trump. It kind of speaks volumes that she failed to beat someone repugnant as Trump.

All these things are untrue.

The mass protests against Assad started before the west was involved:

Civil uprising phase of the Syrian Civil War - Wikipedia

And they were met with a brutal crackdown. Assad actually released a load of Jihadi prisoners shortly after leading to ISIS.

Assad is not supported by the majority. And the percentage has been swayed due to thousands of his opponents now being dead therefore not counting any more.

Please note I am not saying that all his opponents were nice people but it’s completely untrue to paint all the anti Assad forces as Jihadis.

This is why Trump foreign policy scares the shit out of me; he's made it so obvious from day one that Islam was the enemy of America by imposing lots of sanctions on them.

China and Russia are the real threat and he doesn't seem to criticise them much, same for the Saudis.

I'd imagine that dealing with Trump would mean that if you have something he wants, you hold all the cards.

It's a fucking joke, when people say 'why do you hate the West so much' this is why.

We let the Kurds fight ISIS, the biggest terrorist threat the world has known, they've sacrificed hundreds of thousands of people, now we're feeding them to Turkey.
