The Undertaker (real name Mark William Calaway) is 6'8" (2.03m) and weighs 285 lb (130 kg). This is what he looks like.

Go up to his face and tell him he looks gay

If he tells you to go fuck yourself you've got off lightly

If I ask him if he had to get a "BA Comedian" for that, would he let me live? :p

But tbh, he looks more like a nice trucker on that pic

I do, America is huge on UFC and a lot of Celebrity’s go to UFC, England is now getting big as one of the brits won the reality TV series. How can you like wrestling though? It’s 100% fake, daoc is more realistic, it’s like playing a computer game I only do my “special move” at the end and you’re finished.

the main idea of it being faked is that it is like ballet, all planned out before hand, they know who is going to win, how they are going to win everything (unless something goes wrong)

Nope it is 100% fake, stamping there feet before they pretend to hit them, using really shitty soft metal chairs making all this American drama shit in a ring jumping up when people are going to slam them. They are bodybuilders that are not bad actors. Tris aren’t you like 20 years old and you think wrestling is real?

Edit - You think you can hit someone in the face 50 times with no gloves and not leave a mark / hurt your hand? They even have a routine in each match, one person gets dominated comes back for 2 mins then is dominated and then someone uses his "special kick"

Where is this pin thing you are talking about? You can fake everything, and pins are hardly life or death if morons can do it on jackass they can do it less often on wresting for $10k. And is this your defence it’s not fake because someone had pins in hem once? Please grow up and see the light.

Wrestling is scrippted yes but i highly doubt any one on these boards can do what these guys do to entertain people. And the art of wrestling is making it look real with out hurting the other guy. Tbh a guy that can flip from the top rope and land perfectly on a guy on the mat making it look like it should hurt like any thing but dose not inflict damage impresses me more than two guys actually beating the shit out of each other.

Wrestling is fake - I hate it !

Getting pinned/hit/whatever does inflict some pain yeah but being scripted it just sucks

You watch some of Sabu's early ECW matches, Mankind's dive from the cage for extreme

I think the lucha style of people like Rey Mysterio(high flying) is a lot more entertaining than 2 sterorid riddled monsters beating each other up

I guess some people get what Pro Wrestling (or "Sports Entertainment") is all about and some people don't.

Just accept it for what it is, yes it's scripted but sometimes its done so well I just switch off and enjoy it.

TNA is great at the moment and DX back together on Raw is really funny. I just hope they sort out ECW soon.

It's rehearsed and rehearsed, it looks more painful than it really is!

Wrestling is fake in the sense that it is scripted and alot of punches and kicks are not intended to injure. When it comes to the actual wrestling moves though they really are taking risks with thier bodies, if anyone ever performed a fishermans suplex on you then you would understand what I mean. It knocks the breath out of your lungs and gives your lumbar region a real jolt. That is one of the lower impact moves as well, for example many people have suffered broken necks and death from poorly executed piledrivers and power bombs over the years, at times both moves have been banned by the major federations after serious injuries.

So yes, wrestling is fake but the risk is still very real, more so than UFC in many ways because the high impact moves can kill if they aren't pulled off properly. People get maimed in UFC for sure but I have yet to hear of people dying, there were at least 10 wrestling deaths in the 1990's alone due to high impact moves gone wrong.

You don't have to respect the show but you should at least respect the fact that some of these guys risk thier lives to earn a living.

That first TLC match between E&C, The dudleys and the Hardys was mint. Scripted it may be, but I bet their bodies were fucked the day after.

Heh I think i'm late seeing this, it's from raw vs smackdown game by looks of it, I got it with my ps2 o_O

Though I got some funny stories of when I used to work at an Arena and wrestling was held there....

One short one being they nearly refused to leave the arena until a pink hairbrush was returned which had gone missing from 'The Big Show's' dressing room :x

There was a show in denmark where a former survivor celeberty went to U.S.A to try out various things like being a homeless, male stripper and so on.. Then it got to pro-wrestling... And he was like "lets see how fake it really is, it cant be that hard" (hes quite a big biker-guy). He then trained with amateur wrestlers to finally get a match at some event. After about 1.5 bodyslam he was totally done dragging himself out of the ring puking his guts out.... and scared to hell. Wrestling (WWE) is fake when desiding the outcome of the match... but you can't ignore that the pain is so very real, and the risk of getting seriously injured for life is there every single day..more than any other sports I can think off. HUGE respect to WWE stars from me :worthy:

Oh and the best there has been, is and always will be is HBK Shawn Michaels!
