Well, maybe it don't seem that bad, but i was normally able to go all night playing, only rebooting the pc whenever memory leak caused too much slowdown... recently i have been able to see the catacombs load screen and then server retries and unable to connect blah blah blah , maybe i'd get in for 30 secs with all perf meter as red red red

Even though i play from a net cafe any downloads are cut off once the ping reaches around 350 as it affects all users, but i play at night so hardly any problem with that, but i'd figure somewhere along the line, usually once it hits london i get screwed for a connection

Ping samples like that don't help as they don't show where the lag is originating from. Traceroutes are likewise unhelpful as they don't show the problem over any useful period of time. If we need to pass info on to other companies, we can't expect them to act on the basis of one bad ping or a single traceroute - we need graphs showing the situation over at least ten minutes and preferably longer.
If you're using Pingplotter go to 'File' -> 'Save Image' and save your graph as a .gif then either post it here in this thread or send it in via RightNow. Either way Erivoss and I will make sure it goes to whoever needs to see it.

It's a pain in the arse to get the useful info out of a solid block of numbers though.
You can also have your RN password sent to you - click on the 'lost password' box in RN. I had to do that when it was using my old password ages ago.

Pingplotter reported back that some new routes been detected after maybe 10 mins of this nice stuff...
