Finally manage to edit them files, had to shrink them in height.
the "direct-x" problem must also be in the jump right before the login server in this case.
perhaps it is the wrong direct.x version on the login servers....

All you're rightnow's get read, and if they're ping plots etc, get passed on to the tech's who are working on fixing the lag.
And as far as i'm aware, this thread is being monitored too.

and i repeat u dont need too use paint on your IP click: View - > ignore first hop(s)

if your using ping plotter make sure you use RAW ICMP in the option and not windows DLL, as the windows ICMP gives a higher roundtrip value and may not be accurate.

convert the pingplot GIf image into a .JPg image( open up the GIF in paint and save as .jpg) and then uplaod it otherwise it will be too big
