Traitor's Dagger is worth as offhand for assassins _if_ they land it quite often so you get some vampiric mists.
there is no utility on Traitors dagger, only ToA bonuses and the only thing making it usable is the proc.

Until 50 I am :0. Cba to give level 50s the advantage over me because I'm lower.

And think I'm just going to use a spirit leg as main hand now, and traitors as offhand. And then try and remove some of the +dex items in my jewelery section, and extra stuff..

Really ruined the whole template when I found that the RoD and GSV stats were wrong -.-.
