I'm sure I saw an aircon unit in our local B&Q discounted down to £100, loads of 'em stacked by the tills. All the summer stuff is going cheap 'cos the weather has been shit generally. You might want to check.

ITs probably not real Air Con Yuck....Its a cheap water based imitation...

Blows air at cold water and stuff :)....well thats the one they were peddling at my local homebase.

I played DoD fully clothed. For some reason I cannot get used to the mouse movement in DoD, it feels like it's not inverted when it is. Annoying :/

Oh, but I do have a big fan next to me :D

NOOO!!!!! I dont play DoD....someone has stolen meh name! (sort of)

bloody name thieves.

I was playing multiplayer solitaire....tonnes of campers though...

Quite possibly, really didn't take that much notice as at the time it was cold :)

:rolleyes: As I mentioned earlier - even if it does go cool (hotting up again later in the week BTW) I will still use it to get rid of condensation in the Winter.

£250 well spent IMHO. :cool:

Oh, oops :)

Nah, -nocdaudio didn't work. So I gave up and reinstalled Championship Manager, which occupied me for awhile (Rushden & Diamonds ownage), but I got bored yesterday and just uninstalled HL, reinstalled it, patched it up with the latest patches, and CS and DoD and it all works fine. Getting a better FPS than I used to as well now :)

I've got used to the DoD mouse movement already, been playing it a fair bit. Pretty good fun, though I can never find any enemies and I always get shot in the back of the head :/

CS has changed so much too since I last played it, my old clan have died as well it seems :(

Not played FLF in ages, tried it when it first came out but soon enough all the servers seemed to be empty :|
