TOA activated: but apparantly not...

Well, I finally got a copy of EU TOA... I supressed my happiness until I had it activated... wouldn't work on the server window so I tried it through the subscription page, CD key accepted and the status was TOA activated. "Great!" I thought, "Now I can finally sort my skald out..." so, I tried the game again and got told I still needed to activate TOA. Erm..? I thought maybe it was just a bug, so I tried logging into Prydwen... got the standard message you recieve when you haven't activated. Just what the hell is going on here?
