I would like to make the following points to you.
1) These forums are NOT owned by Mythic, or GOA, their CoC etc DO NOT apply here.
2) The post about the relic raid was about an RvR event related to DAOC, therefore it was Relevent.
3) Your personal ethics, views about DAOC are not relevent and certainly do not take any form of precedence on these forums.
4) As a Moderater your job is to moderate within the statute's of the forum, your deleting a post because u thought it was unfair within the realms of the game is direct abuse of power
5) Even if we were to follow GOA's guidlines, your explanation that a hib player might have seen the post and taken advantage somehow is sketchy at best. If you feel that GOA's CnC has been violated then the place to take action is by reporting to them using Right Now. Clearly you have sought to give your own realm an advantage in this situation by your actions, and as such you do not deserve the privelage of moderating these forums.
As a refence point, I would like to Quote - GAME.net's Terms and Conditions ...

Nowhere does it say in the TnCs of GAME.net that your personal ethics permit you as moderator to delete the post in the manner you did.
As far as the issue of Cross teaming goes, this does not apply here, the purpose of the post was to inform players in migard from a midgard player of impending attack. If YOU QUESTION the legality of this, your free to submit a complaint with all pertinent information to GOA, but not to abuse your power as moderator as you clearly have done.
The post was neither offencive, nor biased in any way, infact it was very relivent to the sunject of the forum, RvR on the server Excaliber.
I hereby petition all players to voice their protest at this clear abuse of power and to petition Game.net to immediately Remove Tilda's status as a moderator on these forums as he clearly does not deserve, nor act responsibly with it.
Veng.
P.S. can anyone tell me how I can report this guy for abuse of power? so we can get his moderater status removed?
