As for Shar rangers... bowskill = dex, pierce skill = (dex + qui /2), evade bonus derived from (dex + qui) / 2, so best damage output is luri > elf > celt > shar. Shar are good at tanking without support, but that's all the credit they deserve. 250 Qui soft cap only affects haste afaik, so it's still useful for +evade, or if it's a problem replace it in your sc for more ToA bonuses etc.

Shar are even bigger fashion victims than elves imo :worthy:

Whatever makes you happy though, 'cos we all know realm rank = time spent RvRing
