To mentalists abusing Sever The Tether bug to chain cast it

Can GOA/Mythic please put some bugs into a blademaster to make us better like ummm : TW usable every 30 seconds and last for 30 mins .

If you're talking about skald speed, then no, not working fine. In 1.50 (I think) it crept in that everyone in the group dropped speed when one member entered combat - previous to that it was only the person in combat, as it's meant to be.
