Advice sought. Anyone use liquid rubber on corrugated roofing (non metallic, don't ask what it is but its fibrous), I have tried nearly everything bar replacing the fucking roof but don't want to spend a large amount of wedge, there are no cracks/chips etc, just need to give the roof a scrub and then paint it.
Think I may have posted about it but I have also replaced the hooks and all fittings with new hooks and rubber caps (the old ones had turned to glass and shattered).
It is deffo not asbestos as this was a new garage I had put in with modular walls and it was installed after 2004 so after the law change re asbestos.Be aware that if it is fibrous and of a certain age, it could be Asbestos cement corrugated sheets.

Just another revenue generator precursor, how much cash are they raising on the cameras is all they're after, no different than finishing a new river tunnel just to allow the introduction of a toll on the pre existing one. Anything he talks about transport related is only to dip into pockets.About as popular as a fart in a spacesuit:

Dear Britain, it’s now clear: 20mph zones save lives and don’t slow traffic. Implement them | Sadiq Khan
There is too much bluff and bluster on this subject. Ordinary people just want safe streets for themselves and those they love, and we can achieve that, says London mayor Sadiq Khanwww.theguardian.com
Lol.Just another revenue generator
To be fair motorists have always been one of the bigger cash cows for many Governments of the UK.Lol.
Compliance is really high around here, even with no cams.
I don't see a massive cash cow from the 20mph zones. We comply. It's fine (other than the first three months). To be fair motorists have always been one of the bigger cash cows for many Governments of the UK.
Um it is not fines, fucking road tax, petrol.I don't see a massive cash cow from the 20mph zones. We comply. It's fine (other than the first three months).
The bonus is less death and disability both of which are mahoosively expensive in their own rights.
The taxes that are most directly linked to motoring are Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) and Fuel Duty. Latest figures show that in 2023/24, VED generated around £7.8 billion (up from 7.3 billion in the previous financial year and the highest amount ever raised) and Fuel Duty about £24.8 billion.
