A woman is on a first date with a guy. They go back to his place. Everyone's on their best behaviour hoping a second date will follow. Suddenly the woman needs to use the toilet. The guy directs her to the loo. She sits down and unloads a monstrous poo. "Oh, I should have told you, the flush is broken".

Panicking, and desperate for the poo not to be revealed, she scoops the poo up in her bare hands, and flings it out of the window. Unfortunately for her, the window casement is double glazed with a gap between the panes. She has flung the poo in the gap between the sheets of glass !

Without thinking she launches herself head first into the cavity to recover the poo but gets stuck and can't get out.

The guy ends up calling the fire brigade. The pictures of her stuck between the glass with shit smeared over her hands and arms is hilarious.

Not sure I follow, surely a passport is classed as an ID card? But... with either of these two forms of ID it is down to the person to decide if they want one, ie not compulsory.

It isn't but I wouldn't care if it was since I support the UK having a proper ID Card, and yes even the aliens in another dimension know your views on the subject

They'll introduce it then start making stuff mandatory for it which it isn't right now.

They'll also soft-launch stuff where it's sold as "useful" - like self-checkouts at supermarkets for alcohol.

It'll become a de-facto ID card by stealth which everyone will carry on them (by phone) and you'll find increasing levels of everyday stuff will be denied you if you refuse the app.

They don't need to make it legally compulsory. We'll be a 'papers plesse' society organically.

This marks the begining of a soft rollout of restrictions. Like covid-style you can't go into pubs without carrying your 'I've been vaccinated' cards.
