Anyone work through a third party? Am I basically dodging tax or something? Doing a 15-month contract, which will more than likely go permanent, once maternity is over. Ballache of time sheets, and accruing holiday pay, which I will likely just save up anyway.

Job is for an agency, via a third party "Umbrella company" who deal with the payroll etc.

I am taking tomorrow off for life admin, shooting bad guys in the face in Far Cry, and weed, so I want to get it put to bed.

PS, I can do what I am doing in my sleep, it boggles my mind what I let the twats at the last place get away with, salary wise.
