Those that have bothered to check know that Facebook and Twitter are much better at promoting right-wing content. They don't care though. Whinging about lefty bias even though they know it's not true is a good way of keeping it leaning in their direction.

No charges should be put forward regardless of who it was pulling the trigger. There is someone on set that is meant to check guns before they're used to avoid such issues, if anything, it would be them that should be charged.

Yes, because being a Libertarian means that you're letting individuals do what they like, but the reality of Libertarianism is that people can do what they like so long as they align with certain views.

IE, you are free to brainwash your kids with extreme views of Christianity (and let's be honest, Libertarian views in the US stems from pretty oppressive parts of the US) not to say that everyone that considers themselves to be Libertarian are extreme in their views.
