If they've found in court that glyphosate has caused cancer and that monsanto tried to cover it up, then they're guilty and culpable.

Anyway, there'll probably be another appeal. Only superior court judge - so she's effectively kicking it up a level.

Because if you look at the science the evidence that Glyphosate might cause cancer is extremely weak. In all likelihood that’s because it doesn’t. But even if there is an extremely weak link they have literally no way of proving it caused HIS cancer. That can’t be done.

It isn’t even remotely like the smoking thing. Even on the most generous assessment of the evidence (that is probably just statistical noise) it only makes cancer a tiny fraction more likely at high doses. Smoking vastly increases the risk. The evidence is inarguable.
