I personally think we should ban all pesticides and the price of food should reflect it. We're not starving in the west - we throw away almost half of all the food we produce.

Produce less, without chemicals (we're also fucking the soil over with modern farming practices - the UN says a third of all our soil is acutely degraded due to our intensive farming practices).

The planet's plants and animals are dying out at a massive rate, our food production and supporting ecosystems are under dire threat, we're utterly fucking our planet over.

Drastic action has been called for since the 60's but we just don't give a fuck as a species as we're not evolved intellectually to deal with these sorts of threats to our existence. We need massive systemic change - which won't happen as it'll cut the profits of the rich.
