This women works in recruitment and I must say she spotted my accent immediately.
Most people who speak to me think I'm English but she ID me as coming from JHB straight away.

I know I've had a lot to drink but she was very on the ball. I was very impressed with her initial assessments of things.
She also ID another guy on the train correctly as being in IT recruitment. Unfortunately she was very Essex, loud and etc

So I post a reply to a guy saying that why do they think white skin is better.
I wrote..Its because white people kinda invented most things that make up the modern world...they think it makes them special.
2 hours later get a mod message quoting reply and banning me for writing racist shit.
The mods on Reddit are now hair trigger snowflakes, you can just see where this is all going.

Well obvuously it started a lot of mud slinging which brought it to the attention of the mods..who seems to be 12yr olds...calling me a racist troll.
Anyway it IS mostly true...the modern world ..I actually wrote if they didnt invent it ir discover it they put it to better use.
All the usual china gun powder..islam telescope....
But the real modern world started at the industrial revolution and the fundamental corners of modern life was caucasians...not because we are special...just right place..right time.
